Hobbies & Sports: Singing, dancing, participating
in church youth activities, working out, watching basketball,
playing intramural football, and spending time with friends.
Honors: Miss Teen Louisiana 2004; President of
Baton Rouge Magnet Law Club; Student Government Association;
Who's Who Among American High School Students, National
Honor Roll; National Society of High School Scholars;
third year member of Baton Rouge High's nationally ranked
Mock Trial Team, twice awarded Most Valuable Attorney.
Interesting Facts: Studied harp with professional
harpists both locally and nationwide; participated in
East Baton Rouge Parish's Gifted and Talented Program,
majoring in music and drama; graduated May 2004 graduate
from Barbizon Modeling and Acting, Inc.
Future ambitions: Attend a Louisiana college and
major in international business; attend law school and
work for a Fortune 500 company as an international corporate
attorney.
Platform as Miss Teen Louisiana 2003: "Pay It Forward
Louisiana: Increasing Awareness of HIV/AIDS Among
Teens. Whitney will work with the Governor's Council
on Physical Fitness and Sports and serve as the official
Teen Spokesperson of the Governor's Council on Physical
Fitness and Sports program Lighten Up Louisiana!
